"Didn’t really feel authentic"
Shipping was fast, so that part was fine. But once I opened it... I don’t know. Something just felt off. The packaging didn’t look quite right, and the quality wasn’t what I expected from that brand. Maybe it was just me, but it didn’t feel genuine. I wouldn’t order it again.

"Box arrived totally fine"
The box showed up in good shape, no dents or anything. Everything was packed well and nothing was broken, so yeah, no complaints. Very calm about it, obviously.

"Showed up faster than I thought"
The shipping was quicker than I expected, I was thinking it might take a while, but then the tracking updated and, yeah, it was already on the way. The package got here with no hassle or weird delays. Happy with how it all went.

"Still Waiting for the Refund I’m Owed"
I’m still waiting on my refund, and it doesn’t feel right. If a company takes your money, the fair thing to do is return it when a refund is due. So far, that just hasn’t happened.

"Pretty limited selection"
Maybe I’m just picky, but I really didn’t find much on there. The selection felt tiny to me, and I couldn’t even find some basic stuff I’d normally expect to see

My order showed up pretty much exactly how I expected, and I got mostly everything I ordered. Nothing major to complain about, which was a relief because I hate feeling like I’ve lost money on something that should’ve been simple

"Decent, but not worth paying extra for"
It looks fine once it’s set up, but it feels a bit cheaper than I expected for the price. I wouldn’t say it’s terrible, just nothing special. If it were on sale, I’d feel better about it.

"Works fine, but kinda clunky when you're in a hurry"
The site is okay overall, but I was trying to find something quickly and it took longer than it should’ve. A few pages were slow to load, and the menus felt a little all over the place on my phone. It’s not a bad site, just could really use a cleaner layout and a better search function...

"Really helpful customer service"
I had a small issue with my order, so I emailed them and wasn’t expecting much. They got back to me quickly and sorted it out without making it a whole hassle. The person I spoke with was polite and straight to the point, which I really appreciated. It’s nice dealing with a company that actually replies.

"Feels a bit overpriced"
It looks decent enough, and the delivery was on time, but I was expecting better for the price. The quality isn’t terrible, just not what I thought I was paying for. Kind of feels like they’re relying on the presentation more than the actual product...
